Toshiba might have just did it right with its new 10 inch tablet. With a magnesium back, it is the worlds' thinnest tablet measuring in at just .3 inches and weighing just 1.2 lbs. It might run android's 4.0 ice cream sandwich. It's price has not been decided yet, but it definitely will be more than the Kindle Fire and neck to neck with the iPad.

The 5th Annual Crunchies Awards

The Crunchies awards will be held on January 31, 2012 at the Louise M. Davis Symphony Hall in San Francisco. The event will award the best start ups & products of 2011. Last year Twitter won the best overall category award and Quora won the best new startup award. The strongest contenders in the overall category this year includes Airbnb, Dropbox and Square whereas in the best startups category includes Pinterest, Turntable.fm, Nest, Codeacademy, Getaround, and Warby Parker.
